The job involves supporting the sales team with scheduling, presentations, and customer communications. You'll conduct client research, assist in lead generation, and update the CRM system.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Team: Assist the sales team in their daily activities, such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing customer communications
• Customer Research: Conduct research on potential clients, industries, and competitors to help the team tailor their approach
• Lead Generation: Assist in identifying and qualifying new leads, reaching out via email or phone to schedule appointments or follow up with potential clients
• CRM Management: Input and update client information and sales activities into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Sales Support: Help coordinate and support sales events, webinars, and promotions
• Shadowing Sales Reps: Participate in client calls or meetings, gaining exposure to how professional sales interactions are conducted
• Administrative Tasks: Perform general office duties such as filing, organizing sales materials, and assisting with data entry

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Comfortable with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc) is a plus
• A strong desire to learn about the sales process and business development
• Proactive attitude and attention to detail
